Refund Policy

At MS COOKIES & CAKES, we pour love and artistry into every handcrafted cookie.  Due to the perishable, custom nature of our products, we maintain the following policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our small business:

🔄 Order Changes & Cancellations
• Custom Orders: May be modified/canceled within 24 hours of placement.  After this window, your 50% deposit becomes non-refundable as we begin production.
• Ready-to-Ship Items: Cancel anytime before shipment.

❌ Refunds & Returns
🔸 No Returns Accepted: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of food items.
🔸 Damaged in Transit: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.  We’ll replace or refund (shipping costs excluded).
🔸 Wrong/Missing Items: We’ll correct errors at no cost if reported within 48 hours.

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations
• "Change of mind" after production begins.
• Minor design variations (hand-piped details may differ slightly from product photos).
• Delays due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages.
